Barón de Chirel Reserves is a wine of colour dark cherry, alive, without hardly signs of evolution. High aromatic intensity, where stand out the toasted and especiados contributed by the French oak, beside notes of mature black fruit. In mouth is cool and untuoso, with taninos soft and polishings where the wood is very little present. Complex and elegant, with a long end and balanced.
