The cheese of Goat of the Tiétar semi-cured offers a pure and big flavour cremosidad to the palate. It is elaborated with  natural ingredients: milk pasteurised of goat, rennet and salt, following the process artesanal.


Characterises by the naturalidad and intensity of his flavour, as well as by the excellent and pleasant texture that achieves with his half degree of maduration. Discreet flavour to nuts without loss of cremosidad.

Attains to surprise to which dare to discover the secrets and nuances of the cheeses elaborated with milk of goat.
