Canción de Elisa

Canción de Elisa white wine with D.O Ribeiro is elaborated in the winery Dona Elisa which is located in Santo André, Rivadavia (Ourense). Its name is in honor to the grandmothers Ribeiro.

The grape varieties used in Canción de Elisa white wine are: Treixadura, Albariño and Godello. In its elaboration the wine is fermented in stainless steel tank at controlled temperature and light aging on lees, for six months before bottling.

Winemaker Pablo Estevez said about it, "a wine made from grapes of two vineyard sites in San André with native varieties Treixadura, which brings personality, structure and distinction, Albariño, to maintain optimal levels of acidity and density Organic, and the cycle of Godello shorter ".

The white wine Canción de Elisa has won the first prize in the 54th Edition of Feira do Viño Ribeiro. It has also been awarded a 5-star rating in the new Peñin Guide.
