El Buscador wine

El Buscador wine of the Finca de la Rica winery, located in Labastida, south of the province of Álava; Is a red wine breeding with the Denomination of Origin Rioja elaborated with the varieties Tempranillo (90%) and Garnacha (10%).

The elaboration of El Buscador wine is conventional, with a maceration with 25% of clusters without despalillar. After the alcoholic fermentation, one part performs the malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, while the rest is carried out in French oak barrels. It is aged for 12 months in new and pre-oak barrels of French and American oak.

The crianza red wine El Buscador is red pillory. On the nose it has aromas of red fruit with sweet and roasted notes. In the mouth it is fresh and fruity with good acidity and well integrated tannins.

The red wine El Buscador has 88 points in the Peñín Guide and 88 points in the Parker Guide.

Alcoholic graduation 13.5% Vol.

Bottle capacity 75 cl.

Ideal temperature: 13-15ºC.
