El Nómada wine

El Nómada wine from the Finca de la Rica winery, located in Labastida, in the south of the province of Álava; Is a red wine breeding with the Denomination of Origin Rioja elaborated with the varieties Tempranillo (90%) and Graciano (10%) that come from vineyards of an average age of about 60 years.

In the preparation part of the clusters are macerated without despalillar and the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. For the malolactic process and the subsequent aging of a minimum of 15 months, French oak barrels of medium roast are chosen. The wine is clarified with egg white, filtered through plates and bottled.

The red wine breeding El Nómada is red cherry. On the nose it has fruity and floral aromas with notes of wood and cinnamon. The palate is fresh, fine and elegant. The red wine breeding El Nomad has 91 points in the Guía Peñín.

Alcoholic graduation 14% Vol.

Operating temperature: 15-17ºC.
