Finca Dofi

Finca Dofi wine crianza is one of the red wines from winery Alvaro Palacios with O.D. Priorat (Catalonia), made with Grenache and Carignan grapes, grown on very old slate floors that provide a very special personality to wine vineyards.

For winemaking Finca Dofi, the grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed is performed. The fermentation takes place in wooden tanks and aging, which stretches about 18 months in French oak barrels.
