Gin Sipsmith London Dry

Sipsmith is a gin premium London Dry, obtained after five traditional distillations, with a single copper almbique of 300 liters which they call "Prudence". For distillation they use water from the Lywell River, a tributary of the Thames.

This small distillery was founded in 2009, by three friends who came from the sector. It is one of four distilleries in the city of London.

The botanists used to make the Sipsmith gin are: Macedonian juniper, Spanish orange and lemon rind, Bulgarian cilantro, Spanish regalis, Madagascar cinnamon, Chinese cassia, French angelica, Italian orris, and Spanish almond. The result is unique. Sipsimith gin is a gin with a very dry taste, with a crisp citrus freshness.
