Gorvia white wine, Quinta da Muradella

Gorvia white wine is one of the Galician wines with Designation of Origin Monterrei, worked up in the hold of Jose Luis Mateo in the valley of the river Tamega in Verin Ourense privincia.

The grapes used are of the variety Dona Blanca, with a very limited and careful production.

The type of viticulture is certified organic. In preparing the grapes they are destemmed and then macerated cold. The juice fermented in new oak barrels used and raised on lees for 8 months.

Galician white wine Gorvia is lemon yellow with a striking brilliance. The aroma is complex with ripe fruit, honey, nuts and herbs of the field notes. The mouth is dry, soft and silky. Their grades give it a warmth that is very well balanced with acidity.

Graduation is 14% and the capacity of the bottle is 75 cl.
