Guitián Godello + 36 Months Bottle

White wine Guitián Godello +36 months in the bottle is made from grapes 100% Godello produced on the winery A Tapada. It is considered as "Vino de Pago o de Finca", inside DO Valdeorras.

  

Winemaker Pepe Hidalgo with the collaboration of the oenologist Ana Martin observed the splendid evolution of Godello in the bottle, so they decided to perform an aging of 36 months in it, something unusual in Spanish wines. The wine develops in the bottle in a reducing environment and in total darkness. The result is a splendid wine that has nothing to envy the Central European quality white wines.

Guitián white wine Godello + 36  months in bottle has a golden yellow color. In the olfactory phase it has aromas of kerosene, honey, bitter orange peel and nuts. On the palate it has a powerful and fresh taste, great length and aromatic persistence of great intensity and complexity.
