This wine answers to the afán to go further in the research of the perfect wine, that that conjuga structure, complexity and balance.  Product of an exhaustive selection of pertinent grapes no already of the vineyards but of the cepas more suitable, those that produce three or fewer pendants of natural form and with an upper age to the 60 years.

To elaborate it have used grapes  Tempranillo: 100 %. Time of fermentation: 25 days. Type of barrica: French and American Oak new.  Time in the barrica: 18 months . Aromas of fruit very mature and concentrated, mineral nuances, balsámicos and especiados, notes of confituras of Muslims and cranberries wrapped in a cremosidad of the oak, tones of toffé and coffee with milk.
In mouth is concentrated, graso in the centre, balanced, goloso, with tanino fine



Has a graduation of  14.5 %Vol.  Serve to 18ºC
