Honorable red wine  from the winery Gómez Cruzado with the DocA La Rioja, is made with the Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano, Mazuelo and Viura varieties from the oldest vineyards in the winery (more than 70 years old) Most of them are "facesoles" oriented south or southeast, cultivated at the foot of the Sierra de Cantabria in the Rioja Alavesa.

Honorable red wine is manually harvested, after the selection of the clusters in cellar, it remains 4 days with maceration prefermentativa in cold, making daily assemblages during its fermentation at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in new French oak barrels, where it remains for 18 months.
 
Honorable red wine has a cherry red color, is clean and bright. On the nose notes of black fruit, licorice, cherry and various spices. In palate palate, balanced, with grape flavor and good acidity, with fruity notes and with an elegant and persistent finish. Elaborated only in years that the fruit has an exceptional quality.

Honorable red wine has 90 points in the Robert Parker Guide and 91 points in the Peñín Guide.
