Red wine Callejo Majuelos reservation with Ribera del Duero is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes from the vineyards of the family Callejo.

Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, low temperature start to finish at 30. Maceration with the skins of the grapes lasts for 15 days. It devatted to French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation. Breeding continues in the same barrels for 18 months with racking to eliminate the lees.

Majuelos red wine Callejo is purplish pillory. The nose is complex and very aromatic, very elegant which highlights notes of plum, blueberry, blackberry, pepper, thyme, bay leaves and aromatic woods. Its passage in the mouth is very juicy, large, fresh and great structure and balance, sensations of red and black, floral fruit, cinnamon and nutmeg. Long primary, dairy and spicy finish.

Alcohol content 14% vol. and the capacity of the bottle is 75 cl.
 
Hawthorn red wine Callejo has obtained the prizes:
