The wine Pesus Wine is the star of Viña Sastre.

Of brilliant appearance this wine luce a beautiful colour cherry pillory with rivets granates. In nose, is powerful and complex. The maturity of the grape reflects in the aromas frutales (plum happens) and the toasted (cafe torrefacto) of the wood that embraces the wine. Deep down they discover mineral nuances (silex, blackboard) and tones especiados (cinnamon, pepper and vainilla). Besides they stand out the menthol, the wood and grasses aromaticas (sandalo and thyme). In elegant mouth, sabroso, frutal and very armed in body with noble taninos and kind power. It is consistent and expressive. They stand out the feelings of cool black fruit and in compote, cacao, chocolate groins, grain of coffee and aromatic grasses. In definite a big faithful wine to our terroir ideal to consume now and inside a lot of years.
