White wine with aging Qué Bonito Cacareaba of Benjamin Romero, wine is made from native grapes 52% Grenache, 35% Viura and 13% Malvasia, with D.O Rioja.

The selected grapes were macerated in cold for 24 hours and drained the must yolk was introduced in new French oak barrels for alcoholic fermentation and subsequent aging develop.
Fermentations had an average duration of 15 days, developed very slowly at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C. Finalized the same, the wine continued in the barrels with the lees for 8 months.

Qué Bonito Cacareaba features a yellow color. In the nose is a fine and elegant wine. With citrus aromas and notes of aromatic herbs, and also with stone fruits touches (apricot, plum). The contribution of oak promises a good integration. The palate is fresh and fine, with a good skeleton. A great balance between ripeness, acidity and freshness has been got making the harvest on time. Long life.
