Souto Sorte is a sweet wine from the winery of Rafael Palacios, from the plot Sorte, which is located at an altitude of 710 meters in the western area of the Bibei Valley in Valdeorras. It is a small plot hidden among chestnut trees, with few hours of sunshine so its acidity is high and not in all vintages the maturation is optimal, reason why it is not elaborated in all vintages. The grape used is 100% Godello. 
 
The fermentation of the Souto Sorte wine was carried out outside the vinification facilities of the winery so that yeasts from other wines were not implanted because a natural fermentation stop was sought to preserve a high sugar content, fermented up to 11% vol of alcohol And was raised in oak barrels on its lees for 6 months.
 
Alcoholic Graduation: 13.5% vol.
