St. Petroni Red Vermouth

Vermouth  St. Petroni Red is made following a meticulous selection of the best vintages of Albariño Valley Register (rosalianos vineyards Pazo Arretén).

Vinified on the lees for differentiating nuances in aromas and flavors and maintain the strength of the grape on vermouth.

Selected traditional herbs and botanicals, which highlights especially wormwood (magic plant), bay leaves, lemon verbena, mint, rosemary, thyme, sage and lemon balm. And also skins of sweet and bitter orange, lemon pulp and hibiscus flowers, chamomile ...

Throughout history, great artists, like Wilde, Dali, Da Vinci, Botticelli ... were inspired by a prerequisite for the development of a good vermouth sacred element, wormwood, yerba santa.
