The quesería Lacteos Monteverde, elaborates this terrific range of Asturian cheeses. It is a cheese elaborated with milk pasteurised of cow and with a maduration of 8 days. It is soft, of consistent and firm paste, with some small eye. The texture is consistent, with a clear colour slightly yellowish. The flavour is soft, mantecoso, refinado, leaves taste with big ease by his cremosidad.

The Tres Oscos without Salt, conserving the original recipe but elaborated with low content in salt.

Recommend to keep it to temperature of between 4 and 9 degrees.
