Val da Lenda red wine is a young red wine with Ribeira Sacra Denomination of Origin in the sub-area of ​​Amandi, made from the 100% Mencía grape varieties from vineyards that occupy the abrupt slopes of the Sil river, where on reduced terraces Dimensions and difficult access is developed a viticulture that is described as heroic, located in the south of the province of Lugo, in Galicia interior, in Sober (Lugo).

The harvest of Val da Lenda wine is manual, after destemming, fermentation and ripening are performed in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Val da Lenda red wine is cherry red, bright. The nose is very fruity with notes of red fruits and herbaceous aromas that give it personality. In balanced, soft, lively mouth, with fleshiness, tenderness and a point of warmth.

This wine has received Gold Medal Val da Lenda 2014 in 23rd International Mountain Wine Competition.
