The wine Moure Tradicion is within the D.O Ribeira Sacra. And you have the description on the label: "Young red wine plurivarietal Mencia, Garnacha, Tempranillo and Brancellao granite floors and calcareous slate that give freshness, structure, fruitfulness and minerality.

His label has a detail that makes it different from other labels, is that red wine Moure Tradicion presents hand calligraphy, thus resulting in a wine much closer to the customer.

The grape used is from granitic old vines and soils and calcareous-slate, selected vintage table and manual selection at the entrance to winery, alcoholic fermentation with scrape on Tinos conical French oak with manual punching down, malolactic in French oak barrels with battonage, on its lees and aged for 6 months. And natural filtration without fining.

It may be the perfect combination with Placha meats, game meats, and rice.

Moure Tradición Joven is powerful aromas of wild fruit (currants, blueberries), slate and blue flowers. On the palate a very suggestive minerality, acidity and generous memories of fresh grapes in the medium-term aftertaste is perceived.
