Pinna Fidelis Rosado wine is made from grapes Tinta del Pais (Tempranillo). It belongs to the O.D. Ribera del Duero, Pinna Fidelis cellar. The vineyards are located in the town of Peñafiel, near the confluence of the Duero and Duratón rivers, with an age of over 30 years.
The harvest is done manually. Once harvested and vatting the grapes, must cold macerated with the skins for about 12 hours.
 The must obtained is put in new French oak barrels, there alcoholic fermentation was carried out, and then remained in the same barrels for 4-10 months depending on the vintage. During the period of barrel aging, he remained in contact with the lees, making the batonnage (removed from the lees) and filling the barrels regularly. Finally he clarified and bottled.
 
 Pink wine Pinna Fidelis has a raspberry red, is clean and bright. On the nose notes of fresh red fruit and floral notes. The palate is fresh, unctuous and delicate with pleasant sensations.
 
 Alcohol content 13.5% Vol.
