Wine Ponte da Boga Godello
White wine Godello Ponte da Boga with the DO Ribeira Sacra, is made from grapes Godello, Albariño and Dona Branca from fields located in the municipalities of Escairón, Abeleda and Quiroga.
  
The Ponte da Boga Winery is located in Terra de Caldelas, an area with privileged varieties of wine with an ancestral history, as they were enjoyed by the Roman emperors. Its perfect orientation towards the sun, along the banks of the River Sil and with a climate marked by the effects of the canyon, with terraces that are still worked by hand, make this winery an enclave of unusual beauty.
  
Wine vinification Ponte da Boga Godello: Godello without despalillar, Albariño despalillado and macerated for 6 hours, crushing, pressing with a pneumatic press. The wort is desfanga and ferments at 18 ° C for about 10 days. Follow aged in steel tanks on its lees for 5 months. A small proportion fermented in French oak barrels with subsequent aging on lees.
  
The wine Godello Ponte da Boga has a greenish yellow color. The nose recalls lemon, custard apple and lemon pear. Then there are hints of herbs and a background of jasmine. In the mouth it has a great balance because of its elegant acidity that gives vivacity. It is a wine with a very pure mineral, tasty and persistent expression.

Alcohol content 13% vol.
Serve at 10 ° C. 15ºC
