Porto de Lobos, galician red wine, only from a single plot of tiny terraces and steep slopes, cultivated the classical style on a shale soil as Brancellao prefers, the ancient queen of the Ribeira Sacra, returns to the delight of lovers of great Atlantic wines.

Vinification of Porto de Lobos: de-stemmed and crushed grapes, fermentation at 24º- 29ºC for 10 days with gentle pumping over, and maceration for around 10 days. The press wine is removed. This is followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in used French oak barrels for 10 months.

Porto de Lobos will develop all of its complexity and personality over the next 8 years. 

We recommend decanting Porto de Lobos before serving at 15º
