Wine Viña Cazoga
Red wine Viña Cazoga is a Galician Young red wine DO Ribeira Sacra, from subzone Amandi. The grape variety used is 95% Mencía and Tempranillo and Garnacha 5%.

A different, modern and special wine.

The cultivation takes place in single-row terraces of vines located in the heart of Amandi in the canyon of the river Sil. Old vines abound, the yield is low, just 4,000 kg per hectare.

In preparing the objective is the natural expression of the terroir. Walk from Cuba fermentation without added yeast, temperature controlled maceration until the end of fermentation, clarification with natural egg white. Except sulfur added any more and if correct acidity, tartaric acid.

Red wine has an aroma Viña Cazoga ripe, floral, fruit vegetable notes. With weight, tasty, good acidity, drying, bitter tannins, warm end point. It has an alcohol content of 13.5% Vol.
