ADA Organic London Dry is a Galician gin made by the Pazo de Valdomiño winery. This gin has the organic gin.

To produce ADA Organic London Dry, a triple distillation is carried out separately and then they are combined in a final coupage with spring water from the Sierra de Argallo. Each botanical is individually distilled to arrive at the perfect flavor.

ADA Organic London Dry is born from the fusion of nature and the knowledge of the Castro Celts of Galicia. Ada Organic London Dry Gin gin brings together Celtic origins and the ancient traditions of Galician distillers and inspired by their ancient knowledge, a perfect gin has been created.

It is the result of a combination of Celtic plants native to Galicia, among others juniper, orange, lemon, coriander, liquorice, cardamom, angelica, cinnamon bark, heather, elderberry, bay leaf, lemon balm, mint and gorse.

ADA Organic London Dry is an excellent gin that takes us fully into the Celtic spirit.
