We offer the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer.
  • PayPal. If you are a PayPal account holder, you may use it to pay the amount of your order either by credit card or prepaid system.

  • Iberian goods free of charge.
  • Orders over 150 € will be free of charge.

  • Between 15 to 30 kilos: 65€.

United Kingdom We ship to England, these shipments have no applied Spanish VAT because it is an export / import. When items arrive you will have to pay British VAT (21%) and maybe there may be customs costs upon arrival. If you have doubts, we recommend you check with your customs.

Switzerland, Vaticano City, Andorra We ship to Switzerland, Vaticano or Andorra, these shipments have no applied VAT, however, they may be subject to additional costs at destination (Swiss taxes/Andorra taxes).

Smartbites will not be held responsible for additional charges or refunds of excise duty due on arrival, customs or similar.
Our main transport company is correosexpress. However, depending on the size of the order and destination we use other companies. If you have doubts send us an email to info@smartbites.net
Delivery Deadlines
For Spain Peninsular estimated delivery times range from approximately 2 days after payment confirmation, depending on the territorial scope of the client and the volume of preparation. These times are approximate and Smartbites reserves the right to delay them for reasons beyond the company. In any case, always try the shortest possible delivery times to ensure quick and efficient reception of orders.

The fact that I paid in advance does not require an order Smartbites to complete the transaction in the event that through no fault of the company or stock-outs.
