Between ancient forests of oaks and chestnut trees, in the ribeira do Sil, where the monks built his monasteries in the 12th century, in the province of Lugo, is situated the Adega Algueira, in a stage of tranquility and sosiego, perfect to create this wine.

The bet of the cellar is by autochthonous varieties, basing the production exclusively in the pertinent grape of our own viñedos situated in the slopes of the rio Sil, and benefited of an exceptional microclimate for the production of grape of big quality.
