The wine Amontillado 51, Jerez has a colour amber topacio, brilliant, with iodized rivets.  It has a complex olfactory road, full of fine wooden aromas and hazelnuts very evolved by his long aging.  In mouth is very structured, sabroso, powerful, persistent and aterciopelado.  The posgusto remembers nuts, something bitter, what gives him a lot of elegance.  It saves all the attributes of a big wine. Ideal to accompany to desserts
