The wine Aro 2006 saw in elegant red tones with dejos still violáceos of a marked youth, very conserved. In the aroma combine of subtle form notes frutales of fruits of red berry with notes especiadas. This aroma is intense, clean and subtle. In mouth is sabroso, of elegant entrance and fleshy evolution. His expression tánica powerful but modulated, carries the wine to an end of long mouth and halagador. Complex wine, gustoso, wide, of excellent power.

The Wine Advocate (Jun 2010) about Aro 2006: 

"The 2006 Aro is a glass-coating opaque purple color. The nose offers up mineral, damp earth notes, balsamic, blackberry, and black cherry. Dense, savory, and concentrated on the palate, it will benefit from another 6-8 years of cellaring, although it should be approachable at an earlier age than previous vintages."
