Red wine Baltos, from Bierzo by the Dominio de Tares winery is elabored with 100% Mencía grapes.

The red wine Baltos, from Bierzo, is harvested by hand, bunch by bunch, fermented with its own natural yeast and aged for 4 months in French and American oak barrels with an extra 6 months in the bottle.

Baltos is a wine of intense ruby color with fresh nose of red and black fruits and memories of licorice, clove and montebajo. With intense and warm and persistent mouth.

It is recommended to uncork Baltos wine a few minutes before drinking and temper at about 14ºC. Marida perfectly with medium consistency recipes such as tapas and appetizers, white meats, paellas, pasta and spoon dishes.
