Callejo CrianzaCallejo Crianza red wine with the Designation of Origin Ribera del Duero is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes from the vineyards of the family Callejo.

The fermentation of must with yeasts, starts at low temperature to promote the varietal aromas and finish with temperatures around 30 ° C. A third of the production of this breeding malolactic fermentation in new barrels and the rest in stainless steel. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Red wine Crianza Callejo has a cherry color. The nose is very aromatic with notes of red fruit and wild black, rosemary, lilacs, scrubland, oregano, cinnamon, confectionery notes. The palate is complex and structured, well integrated wood, fruity step, black plums and blueberries, fine smoky, mineral character with a lingering finish.
 
 Alcohol content 14% vol. and the capacity of the bottle is 75 cl.
