The wine sparkling wine Conde de Haro Espumoso with the Denomination of origin Cava. Zone The Rioja is elaborated with grapes Viura 90% and Malvasia 10%The first impression in glass of the wine sparkling wine Earl of Haro Espumoso is of an escasísima oxidation; yellow tones-greenish brilliants. The foam formed in glass is dense and persistent giving idea of his componenda structural in mouth. Observed the interior of the glass discover a rosary of microscopic bubble rising freely to the surface.

In nose dominates the character of sour fruit and flowers. In a second level find characters fermentativos and the own of the transformation in bottle (honey, vainilla, liquor).
