Cerro las Cuevas Selección Terroir is a red wine from the winery Gómez Cruzado with Denomination of Origin La Rioja, is made with 95% Tempranillo grape and 5% Graciano, from octogenarian vines planted in glass, grown in the vicinity of the town of Leza (La Rioja), at the foot of Sierra de Cantabria in the Rioja Alavesa.

The harvest of Cerro Las Cuevas red wine is manual. The fermentation in open tank of stainless steel, being realized smooth bazuqueos for the controlled extraction of noble compounds of the skins. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, specially roasted to avoid interfering with the purity of the original wine. Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.

Cerro las Cuevas red wine has a ruby ​​color, is clean and bright. The nose is deep and elegant with notes of ripe black fruit and spicy and menthol notes. In the mouth it is corpulent but it conserves freshness and fineness.
