The wine Davila M100 is one of the white wines with DO Rias Baixas of Adegas Valmiñor. This winery is located in the south of Galicia. The grapes used are Loureiro, white Caíño and Albariño coming from old vineyards from the area O Rosal.

The harvest has done manually and the three varieties separately. Albariño grapes have a cold maceration and the fermentation is in French oak. Then the three varieties are matured in tank three months and in bottle six months before the wine going to market.
 
White wine Davila M100 has a lemon yellow colour. In the mouth Davila M100 is expressed widely, with a strong mineral character and deep greasiness.
