The wine D. Pedro Neve Carbonaceous with the Denomination Rias Baixas, is elaborated with grapes 100% albariño, is born of the viñedos of the County in which the balance between freshness and maduration is the perfect. In the cellar, macera with carbonaceous snow during 12 hours to -4ºC with the object to obtain the aromatic potential elder of the skin of the grape.

The wine D. Pedro Neve Carbonaceous has  82 points in the Guide of Wines Xtreme. 

The wines of this cellar are a homage to Pedro Madruga noble Galician warrior, feudal knight in the Galicia of finals of the 15th century, of the that said that it was a big madrugar, what helped him in his victories.



The wine D. Fart Neve Carbonaceous isand yellow colour pajizo, clean, brilliant and with a light bubble that shows his youth. it Stands out by the aromas of fruits of peel, file, pineapple and white flowers. In mouth is wide and aromatic,  fresco and balanced, long persistence frutal.
