Flores de Callejo red wine from Ribera del Duero is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes from vineyards of the family Callejo. The grapes stemmed without squeezing takes the fermentation tanks to make a pre-fermentation cold at 10 ° C. Indigenous yeast fermentation to start the fifth day after barreling. Macerate with the skins for 3 days after the end of the alcoholic fermentation and devatted to another tank for malolactic fermentation spontaneously. It is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels before bottling.

Red wine Flores de Callejo has a cherry color with violet edges. The nose, very aromatic, notes of berries, with hints of confectionery, balsamic. The mid-palate is meaty, lively, with sensations of berries, cinnamon, spice, violet, balsamic and persistent.

Alcohol content 14% vol. and the capacity of the bottle is 75 cl.
