Gin Beefeater Burrough's Reserve

Burrough's Reserve is the new Beefters Premium Gin, distilled in a traditional way.

For its elaboration process the traditional Beefeater recipe from 1860 has been recovered and perfected by the founder of Beefeter, James Burrough. The same ingredients are distilled in a historic still of copper from the XX century, called "still number 12".

After the distillation, the Gin aged in selected oak barrels of Jean de Lillet, an exceptional harvest of this classical French wine. The essence of these barrels will add the Burrough's Reserve its wood aroma.

Burrough's Reserve Gin has a gold colour, depending on its flower notes, and presents vanilla touches and a juniper end. In palate, the flavour is complex, with citrus and spicy notes.
