Gin Caorunn

Caorunn Gin is a Scottish Gin inspired by the Celt tradition. The recipe Caorunn includes six traditional botanists: juniper, coriander, skin of lemon, shell of orange, root of angelica and skin of cassia, but also five botanists of Celt origin are added: berries of rowan, heath, myrtle, dandelion and the apple rubor coul.

It is presented in a transparent bottle, elegant, clearly inspired in the ancient bottles of Scottish whisky and dominated by the Celt cross of five tips, that represents its five autochthonous botanists. A care label covers, in horizontal way, the bottom of the bottle, showing the name of the mark with his original pronunciation "Ka-roon". Gaelic word that represents the fruit of the sorbus, from roses family, an inspiration for medicines and Celt recipes for generations.

A clear and transparent Gin, dry, very cool and balanced in nose; its freshness, floral notes and citrus aromas stand out. In mouth, it is sweet, with body and softly aromatic. Long end and slightly dry.
