Gin Citadelle

Gin Citadelle is a Gin from France chosen in 2005 like the best Gin in the world by Wine Enthusiast. It has received several prizes standing out the first in the Gin Master of London in 2010 and receiving the medal of gold in the International Spirit Challenge in 2008.

It is a Gin of high range, elaborated by distillation of a base of water and wheat in a traditional copper still. Its process consists of a first triple distillation, where botanist obtain a neutral and very pure alcohol, in which  the 19 spices are incorporated in crude so that they keep all their freshness. Finally, a fourth and last distillation is made, where only the heart or central court of the distillation is used.

In nose, it is very delicate and perfumed, juniper and lemon predominates. In mouth, it is clean, soft and elegant, with complex and spicy notes. Cool end, herbal, spicy, clean and long.
