Gin Gin Boe
Gin Boe is obtained by three distillations. During the third one of them, the alcohol where all the botanic ingredients were macerated, vaporises. These ingredients are juniper, orange skin, groove of lemon, coriander, licorice, cinnamon, cassia, angelica, root of lily, grains of the paradise, cardamom and almonds and berry of cubeba. It is a new Gin, that began to manufacture in Doune, Scotland, in 2010. According to the manufacturer, it is inspired in the recipe of Franz Boë, from the 17th century. 

It is a pure and lightly bitter Gin, but with character. In mouth, ingredients like juniper, walnuts or almonds stand out.
