Gin Ginself

Premium Gin from Valencia which is commercialised since December 2010, and manufactured by Cellars and distilleries Carmelitano, from Benicàssim, Castellón. It is obtained by triple home-made distillation, in only one still, where the components are soaking for twenty-four hours with alcohol of beetroot and water from the mountains of Espadán.

The botanists used are juniper, sweet and bitter orange skin, mandarine and lemon skin, root and seed of angélica, flower of orange blossom and tiger nut. It possesses an elegant flavour, different and soft to the palate, that surprises with a fine nuance of tiger nut that becomes it unique.
