Gin Jinzu
Jinzu Gin is a British super premium gin handcrafted, created by Dee and passionate connoisseur of Japanese culture, in collaboration with Diageo Davies. It is made with sake and Japanese botanists court.

Among the botanicals used in its preparation we can be found juniper, coriander and angelica, with cherry blossoms and the traditional Japanese citrus (although of Chinese origin) known as Yuzu. But more surprising is that it is then added sake, the Japanese liquor made from fermented rice. The Jinzu gin has won the competition "Show Your Spirit Competition" Diageo. "Jinzu" is the name of a Japanese river whose banks are crowded with cherry, hence the inspiration for the name and logo.

The Jinzu is a very complex gin gin. Very citrus and floral, with clear influences of sake (and rice) that give a very silky texture and a finish in one mouth.
It has an alcohol content of 41.3% and bottle capacity of 70 cl.
