Gin Ki No Bi

Ki No Bi gin is the first Japanese gin distilled in Kyoto by the Kyoto Distillery.

Ki No Bi stands for "The Beauty of the Seasons" and was launched in the domestic market last year, using Japanese botanists such as the juniper berry, the orris root, Hinoki (Japanese cypress) chips, yuzu shell, lemon peel, green peppercorn (green sanshō), kinome, ginger, bamboo leaf, red shiso leaf and green tea Gyokuro of Uji region.

Rice alcohol is used for processing this gin.
