Pink 47 began to manufacture by Old St. Andrews Limited, in London in 2007. It is a Premium Gin, type London Dry, obtained by four distillations, in still of copper. It is presented in a curious bottle of 70 cl., with the diamond Khavaraya shape, with light pink tone. It has received several prizes, such as the International Spirits Challenge in 2007; the BarSofts Challenge in the same year; the UK Spirits Challenge in 2007 and the Tesco Drink in 2008.

It is elaborated with 12 botanic ingredients from all over the world, to produce a unique and complex flavour. These botanic ingredients are: juniper from the Toscana, coriander from Morocco, two types of Angelica, one from Saxony, shell of lemon from Spain, skin of orange from Spain, root of iris from Italy, licorice from China, almonds from Spain, Cassia from Indochina, coriander from Java and nutmeg from Western Africa. As a result a very transparent Gin is obtained, with soft flavour in spite of its alcoholic degree, and slightly sweet, due to the citruses, the juniper and the spices.
