Gin Star of Bombay
 Gin Star of Bombay is a premium London Dry English gin, made from a method of slow distillation using a traditional process called "single batch distillation" Production is carried out in small quantities and so full in Laverstoke Mill, Hampshire (England).

Gin Star of Bombay is made with eight botanicals, based on all Bombay (juniper, coriander, lemon zest, lily, angelica, almonds, liquorice and cassia bark) in different proportions gins and adds two new seeds, bergamot offers and ambreta citrus notes (hibiscus) with elegant floral notes.

Star of Bombay gin has a balanced flavor of juniper and citrus notes of bergamot and floral notes of ambrette (hibiscus), highlighted by a great softness and a flavor that resembles an aged wood alcohol.
 
The name of the gin, Star of Bombay, come from the famous jewel given to Mary Pickford for her husband. The jewel was a sapphire star with 182 blue-violet carats. This jewel is now in the Smithsonian Institution and it is known as "The Star of Bombay".
