Gorvia Red wine

Gorvia red wine is one of the Galician wines with Designation of Origin Monterrei and is produced by José Luis Mateo in the valley of Tamega in Verin, Ourense. The Mencia grape varieties are 95% and 5% between Bastardo and Caiño Tinto, from a single vineyard that gives its name to the wine.

The wine is aged for 14 months in oak barrels. at the end of this process, the barrels are united in stainless steel tanks where it remains five months before bottling.

Graduation is 14% and the capacity of the bottle of 75 cl.

Gorvia red wine has a ruby ​​red, clean and bright color, fruity aroma is complex, scrubland and wood, in the mouth it is lively, fruity, fresh, with great character.

He has 92 points in the Penin Guide and 93 points in Robert Parker Guide.
