Jägermeister is a liqueur from Germany. Specifically, is elaborated in Wolfenbüttel, where works the company who commercialize the product all over the world. It is very popular in Germany since 1935. In this year the company launch the product. But is in the 90´s decade when the success comes to EEUU and Europe. The translate to English means ?teacher of hunt?, who explain the label of the bottle. In this label appear a cross over a deer, and this remember Saint Huberto, priest of Lieja, who was a hunter. During the Second World War, the liqueur was used by German army as a anesthetic and disinfectant. 

Jägermeister is elaborated by 56 natural herbs. The owner keeps in secret some of this herbs. However, most of them are known. Any of them are ginger, cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, orange zest, nutmeg and licorice. Jägermeister is a drink who must be taken cold, around -20ºC. In addition, it can be mixed with another drinks to elaborate cocktails.
