Les Terrasses

Red wine Crianza Les Terrasses is a wine of the winery Alvaro Palacios with O.D. Priorat (Catalonia), made from grapes 45% and 55% Garnacha Samsó, grown on steep slopes, slate, located vertically and obliquely. The age of the vines is 60 to 90 years.

Vinification of red wine Les Terrasses: 100% destemmed and pressed smooth. alcoholic fermentation in cement vats, stainless steel and wood with pumping and punching down. Macerated for 30 days and malolactic fermentation partly in vats and partly in barrels.

The aging period is 12 months in French oak barrels.

Crianza red wine Les Terrasses presents a purplish cherry. not very intense vegetable aromas. Tasty, structured, with fresh fruit and a touch of acidity.

Les Terrasses is an easy, smooth and versatile wine, but certainly not lacking great personality and good balance of opulence and elegance.

The aging red wine Les Terrasses has 95 points in the Penin Guide and 93 in the Parker Guide.

Les Terrasses red wine is a good companion for roasts, red meats, stews and game birds.

Alcohol content 14% vol.

Serve between 16 and 18ºC.
