Maldito wine is a red wine from Valdeorras Denomination of Origin, by Pablo Vidal, made with the Mencía grape varieties 85%, Garnacha 10%, Sousón, Brancellao and Caiño 5%.

In the elaboration of Maldito wine, fermentation, maceration and malolactic are made in stainless steel deposit at controlled temperature, the maturation in oak wood cellar on their lees.

Maldito red wine is red cherry red with violet reflections, nose has aromas of preserves, notes of sweet and balsamic species, mouth is tasty, fresh and round with polished tannin structure.

Maldito wine has the recognition: Great Gold to "Maldito 2015" in the Guide of Wines, Distillates and Bodegas de Galicia 2017.

Maldito Pablo Vidal is a wine is the fruit of uprooting, of difficult moments, of courage and tenacity.

Operating temperature: 15ºC.
