Zachary Elfman is a Californian who fell in love with the wines of Ribeira Sacra and decided to change his life completely undertaking a wine adventure in Galicia. Its "Mission" project consists of three wines.
 
 The wine Mission Tinto Dos is a semi-crianza red wine from the Ribeira Sacra of the Ribeiras do Miño sub-area, made with Mencía 70%, Garnacha tintorera 15% and Brancellao 15% from 100% organic land from Roberto Regal.
 
In the elaboration of the red wine Mission Dos the grapes are selected manually, the footprint and the alcoholic fermentation and the malolactic are realized in stainless steel tank with manual assembling; Finally aging in French oak barrels for 8 months and has the structure to continue acquiring complexity with more time in the bottle.
 
Mission Dos wine is ruby ​​red with violet rim, nose has notes of red fruit and licorice on a background of vanilla and cocoa, in the mouth is tasty and balanced, with a good acidity and a fresh and subtle tannin with a post-taste Long and appetizing.
