This aguardiente distills from orujos of grape selected by means of a procedure of traditional distillation, in which it takes advantage of only the central part of each distillation and refuses the rest. Like this it obtains a distilled of the maximum quality of the world, delicate and fragrant, the best base for our liquors. A taken care tradition, perfected along several centuries of history.
